Dave is a tax partner with the Moline CPA firm of Carpentier, Mitchell, Goddard & Company, LLC, with over 25 years of experience, and specializes in estate planning and taxation, and the taxation of corporations, pass-through entities and individuals. The majority of his clients are closely-held companies operating as C corporations, S corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies in a diverse group of industries. Dave is also a member of Carpentier Mitchell & Goddard Company, LLC, and provides investment advisory services to his clients and holds a Series 65 license.
Prior to joining Carpentier, Mitchell, Goddard & Company, LLC, Dave was a tax partner with an international CPA firm and was the partner-in-charge of their St. Louis and Boston office tax practices.
Dave has authored tax articles for the “Tax Advisor” and various other tax periodicals and has been a speaker on a variety of tax related topics.
Dave received his B.S. in accounting from Northern Illinois University and has completed graduate tax courses in the M.S.T. program at DePaul University. |
